Pepe Argo designs and hand makes one-off and limited edition pieces of contemporary jewellery. 

Pepe works mainly in silver and gold, forming pieces from sheet metal and wire, using traditional hand tools and techniques.  Unusual, carefully selected precious and semi-precious stones and beads are incorporated to complement each design. 

She is drawn to patterns that are geometric, linear, architectural and organic, which all influence her designs.  Balance, strong shapes and subtle contrasts of surface texture and colour are a feature. The results are always tactile, sensuous, with an emphasis on comfort, and are designed to enhance the body.

Pepe has a B.A. (Hons) in Jewellery and Silversmithing from Loughborough College of Art.  She spent three years working in the jewellery trade in Hatton Garden, London, before setting up her own workshop.  She has exhibited nationally and locally, including Goldsmiths Hall, London.

Pepe lives and works in Wiltshire, and a selection of her work is available from selected galleries and exhibitions, or direct from her workshop by appointment.  She is happy to work to commission.
